A nice evening with good food. Individual requests are taken into account. Very attentive service.

Very tasty and recommendable cuisine ... Service and ambience were outstanding ... The Mediterranean roof terrace is an absolute unique selling point in Paderborn and invites to long cozy evenings.

Had the classic burger and was very satisfied, everything was fine with the service. As a hotel guest glad that there was an opportunity to eat something directly on site without having to go to the city ... Gladly again

Essen disappointed, because you expect much more from such a location.

I was there for dinner with my wife and I have to say the 2 stars are only thanks to the great service because the food was not fresh (my carpaccio was still frozen when it was served ?). We were also a little surprised that there was no sweet (mild) wine on the wine list, which actually belongs to a good restaurant. We ordered the main course Medium rare and we got rare. The waitress reacted professionally every time we complained about these shortcomings. However, I have to say, for this high price that we had to pay in the end, I expect a lot more professionalism from the kitchen. Conclusion: the kitchen is defensive But there is room for improvement Service super professional

Have been to this nice restaurant in the AROSA hotel a few times. The food was always flawless, even if unfortunately there was always too little of the delicious things on the plate for the price ... :-) The staff are friendly and you sit in a great atmosphere. We'll come back at the next opportunity.

The location of First Floor is probably incomparable in Paderborn and paired with really nice ambience. Furthermore, the service was friendly and the food was not long in coming. However, this was just below average: The steak was firm and did not really taste fresh; the fries soft and mixed with 0815 spice, instead of crispy and with simple salt.

The food was enjoyable, the selection exquisite and the service very friendly.

I stayed there (Best Western Arosa) for 15 days and I'm a vegetarian. But despite of wide spread of breakfast of breads, fruits, cornflakes, I wasn't happy enough. But on special request they served me veg hot meal daily, mostly different from the previous day and all were delicious. Great breakfast made my day. Highly recommended ??

Very good fresh food. Steaks are prepared with the beefer (unless the restaurant is moved to the terrace in summer). Professional service.
